If you do not have one of these credit cards we offer a printable order form. Just use the shopping cart as if you were going to pay with a credit card, and when you get to the check out page there will be an option to printout the order, that can be sent by mail or fax.
For payment by wire transfer please send an e-mail for information. Canadian and foreign orders paid by check or money order must be calculated in US Dollars payable thru a US bank.
